Must be a head an shoulder JPEG or PNG format photo in portrait orientation (max 2MB) of 480 pixels wide and 600 pixels in height (ratio of 4:5)
Colour photo in front of a white / light coloured background with even light which exposes the tone naturally.
The photo should not be older than 6 months, it must be sharp and clear and in high resolution – please do not alter with any filters / squash it etc.
Photo may not have a reflection from the camera flash.
You must be the only person in the photo and have a neutral expression, mouth closed, eyes open and clearly visible (red eyes will not be accepted). If you have long hair, tie it back with your ears showing.

This questionnaire is intended for athletes seeking consideration for the Cycling South Africa 2024 International Team selection process, facilitated by Cycling South Africa. To qualify for evaluation, athletes must diligently complete all sections and furnish requisite documentation.
Important: Providing your personal information to Cycling South Africa does not guarantee automatic nomination to the South African 2024 International Teams.
Submission facilitates communication pertaining to event planning, information dissemination, and compliance obligations. Inclusion in the longlist does not assure final selection and may be subject to alteration before the prescribed selection deadlines. For comprehensive details regarding eligibility criteria and performance benchmarks, kindly consult the Discipline Specific Selection Document and the Cycling South Africa Selection and Appeals Policy for UCI World Championships accessible via the Cycling South Africa Selection policy.
Selection as part of the team will be subject to meeting the selection criteria as outlined in the Selection Regulations and Policy Framework as well as the selection criteria specific to each discipline. Financial and / or logistical support from Cycling SA shall be subject to meeting the primary, secondary or tertiary criteria.
