CYCLINGSA ELECTS A NEW EXECUTIVE BOARD

CyclingSA held their AGM at the Town Lodge, part of the City Lodge Group, in Bellville, on 26 February 2022, with the new executive board was elected to lead the Federation until 2024.

NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH CITY LODGE HOTEL GROUP

CyclingSA is thrilled to announce a partnership with the City Lodge Hotel Group for the 2022 calendar season. All CyclingSA members will receive preferential rates when booking accommodation with the City Lodge Hotel Group at its hotels in South Africa, Windhoek (Namibia), Botswana (Gaborone), Mozambique (Maputo), Kenya (Nairobi) and Tanzania (Dar es Salaam).

UCI LEVEL 1 ONLINE COACHING COURSE

The UCI level 1 coaching course is the entry qualification for coaches and focuses on the foundations of coaching. The knowledge that is gained on this course is fundamental to ensuring coaching is appropriate for the riders and for each cycling discipline. Coaches will learn the fundamentals of technique that is consistent in all cycling activities and how to deliver effective coached sessions.
