The track will be available to riders from Thursday afternoon and the whole day Friday. Riders will need to follow and adhere to the normal day permit system in place at Contermanskloof.
On Saturday morning all is in place for uplifts (4×4 bakkies and trailers) and registration. Medics (ALS ILS X 2 teams) and Marshals; the marked course will be in place plus radios will be there for uplift driver, marshals, medics and officials. There will be toilets at the finish line and public toilets at The Dairy Shed (coffee shop on the farm) next to the uplift pickup point.
FRIDAY 20 February: Unofficial practise day, no medics or officials on site. Please obtain a permit before going on the course. Please note that there will be a film crew on the farm that might prevent riding in certain areas.
SATURDAY 21 February: Registration and official practise as per the Standard National Programme. Registration venue – Contermanskloof DHI finish line.

Contermanskloof is a working farm and activity centre that has one of the top 20 MTB XC and DH tracks in South Africa, combined on one farm. It is also one of the farms that is very popular with the film industry and these bookings are made up to 18 months in advance. This is the case on Friday. All riders and spectators involved, need to adhere to the owner’s requirements and work within his framework. If not, we will lose access to the track, and this does not only apply to WPDH, but to DH South Africa as well.
