Event Information:
Parking
Due to the extensive building project at Cascades the centre management has requested that we park in the new parking lots around the new Nedbank buildings. Entrances are from Town Bush Road as well as the Virgin Active entrance.
Team Areas
Space is available for teams and riders to erect team areas on the event site. The positioning of these areas and availability will be on a first come, first served basis and the total area utilised may not exceed 6m x 6m. Infrastructure may be erected on site from Friday 9am, but only once riders have been registered.
Registration
Registration will be held at the Cadence Cycling Performance Centre situated on the ground floor in the new Nedbank building and will start at 9am on Friday 29th April.
XCO
This is a UCI HC categorised event for Elite and Junior categories.
Marathon
The SA Masters Marathon Championship for 30+ categories only. There is an open men and women category in the 60km for any riders who wish to participate from other age groups. The 20km fun ride will accommodate nippers, sprogs and sub junior riders as well as open men and women.
Enduro
Please note that you will need to collect your chip from the timekeepers table on Monday morning before you start. The timekeepers will be found in the start/finish area in the main park.
Schools Challenge
On Monday there will be a Schools Challenge for all age categories U18. All children are welcome to participate. Registration for this event will take place in the large marquee situated alongside the food area.
Catering
There is a catering facility on site for the duration of the event for your requirements.

About
The second edition of the PMB MTB Festival will be staged on the long weekend from 30 April to 2 May at the Cascades MTB Park in Pietermaritzburg and will see cross country, marathon and enduro competitions being staged together with schools and development events with the full event schedule being as follows:

The XCO races will use the world standard courses already in place at Cascades and the SA Masters Marathon Championships, which will be staged as part of the PMB MTB Festival for the next three years, will use large portions of the routes utilised in the 2014 UCI MTB Marathon World Championships and other national level events that have been staged at the venue.

Accommodation options
