Cycling South Africa is happy to announce the team selected to represent our nation at the 2024 UCI Road and Para-cycling Road World Championships in Zurich, Switzerland, from 21 September to 29 September 2024. This prestigious event will bring together the best cyclists from around the world, and we are proud to have our top athletes competing on this global stage.
The championships will feature challenging courses, with the Women’s Road Race covering a total of 154.1 km and 2384m of elevation, the Men’s Road Race spanning 273.9 km with 4470m of climbing, and the Para-cycling event comprising a 70.2 km course with 829m of elevation.
