The popular Contermanskloof track in Durbanville, Western Cape, plays host to the opening round of the Stihl 2015 SA Mountain Bike Downhill (DHI) Cup Series in partnership with Western Province MTB Commission on Sunday 22 February.

The route follows the Contermanskloof main line, which covers a distance of 1.2km and has an elevation difference of 207m.

A weekend of downhill racing is in store for the downhillers as the venue will also host round two of the Western Province DHI Series on Saturday 21 February, followed by the National Cup race on Sunday. This provides an extended practice for those looking to open their 2015 national ranking with top points.
