Must be a head an shoulder JPEG or PNG format photo in portrait orientation (max 2MB) of 480 pixels wide and 600 pixels in height (ratio of 4:5) Colour photo in front of a white / light coloured background with even light which exposes the tone naturally. The photo should not be older than 6 months, it must be sharp and clear and in high resolution - please do not alter with any filters / squash it etc. Photo may not have a reflection from the camera flash. You must be the only person in the photo and have a neutral expression, mouth closed, eyes open and clearly visible (red eyes will not be accepted). If you have long hair, tie it back with your ears showing. Do not wear coloured contact lenses. If you generally wear glasses, it will be acceptable, but your eyes must be clearly visible with no glare or shine on the lenses (no sunglasses). Do no wear a scarf or other clothing which hides your neck and chin. No selfies
