Cycling South Africa’s Technical Commission will be presenting a Commissaires’ Course in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal, from 8-11 August 2019.

Accommodation: Dunning House, for candidate’s own cost (they offer full Bed, Breakfast, Lunch & Supper at R820 per person per day)
Course fee: R 400 payable to Cycling South Africa
