Cycling SA Rules & Regulations – Amendments to Part 1 & Part 3

The following amendments can be found in Part 1 and Part 3 of Cycling South Africa’s Rules and Regulations.

Part 1

The only amendment to Part 1 (effective 9 February 2019) is the deletion of the word “other” at article 1.2.12, as approved at the AGM on 9 February 2019.

Part 3

Part 3 of the Cycling SA Regulations has been amended (effective 25 February 2019) as follows:

• Articles 3.3.3.2 and 3.3.3.3, as approved by EXCO on 25 February 2019;

• Article 3.4.1.5 as approved at the AGM of Cycling SA on 9 February 2019;

• Article 3.4.6 to take account of the UCI rule 1.3.025 which now allows for disc brakes in road and time trial training and competition.
