Cycling South Africa is shocked at the video footage that emerged of SANParks rangers using excessive force against professional cyclist Nicholas Dlamini, breaking his arm, during a training ride earlier today. Such behaviour cannot be condoned and is unacceptable in any society. The federation supports a full investigation not only into today’s incident, but also to ensure that such an incident is not repeated. We wish Nicholas a full and speedy recovery.
