About
July will be our first cycling development camp. This camp is an opportunity for kids between the ages of 10 and 16 from our successful KwaZulu-Natal District Development Series to have a opportunity to come and participate in a two-day camp where they will have ample time to try all four disciplines of cycling namely BMX, Track, Road and Mountain Bike. We will be bringing in 180 of the most talented learners from KwaZulu-Natal’s 10 District Municipalities to come and take part in our camp.
The purpose of this is to give the learners an equal opportunity to have fun while learning new skills.
The learners will be accompanied by interested adults from their areas and we will be teaching them about the various disciplines as well as some administrative and mechanical skills.
The purpose of the whole experience is to provide opportunities to those that do not necessarily have the chance to work and experience other aspects of cycling.
