Cycling South Africa invites appropriate companies or organisations to submit a Tender for Official Apparel and Team Kit Supplier.
The services are for the provision of National team cycling kit across the five disciplines (Road, Track, BMX, Para-cycling, MTB) as well as the supply of other team and Federation apparel.
You may submit the Invitation to Tender (ITT) by no later than 16:00 on Monday 27 June 2016. Please submit any queries you have relating to this ITT by email to secretarygeneral@cyclingsa.com – any queries should clearly reference any appropriate paragraph in the documentation and, to the extent possible, should be aggregated rather than sent individually. As far as is reasonably possible, Cycling SA will respond to all reasonable requests for clarification of any aspect of this ITT and supporting documents, if made before the above deadline. Cycling SA will aim to provide responses by 16:00 on 22 June 2016, after which time no further queries will be answered.
